The remote-controlled screen could sometimes be hiding
behind other windows without coming into focus. So we'd
like you see to it whether there is PCANY viewer screen
into the work indicator line. |

A_2. Are the shared computers
connected with stable network environment?
Unstable network environment can cause frequent disconnection
with the network and thus cause errors while access attempt
is made. Access could be unstable for computers that are
shared through WLAN. If you use modem, we'd like you to
switch to ADSL or higher network environment. |
