Are you using Microsoft Internet Explorer as a web browser? Currently, it supports only Miscrosoft Internet Explorer, since it uses ActiveX function. If you use other web browser that does not enable ActiveX, we'd like to ask you to use InternetExplorer.   A_2. Was the right set to implement ActiveX? If it was not set to implement ActiveX, it would appear a message saying 'no right to implement ActiveX' in the process of getting user authentification. we'd like to ask you to confirm whether the ActivX control and plug-in implementation option is set at'use' or 'confirm'at the'tool>Internet option>security>user designate level'from the Internet Explorer menu.?If not, please contact the manager of the computer you use.   A_3. If there is no response for 30 seconds or longer, press 'implement' button on the newly-appeared window, get a view program, choose 'open', and manually implement the view program.
